More exciting acquisition news from VIZ Media – the popular MY HERO ACADEMIA will be debuting this summer, fresh from the pages of the WEEKLY SHONEN JUMP digital anthology (publishing the latest chapters of popular Weekly Shonen Jump series the same day as Japan)! The first volume of the action-packed story of an aspiring teen’s quest to become a superhero launches August in both print & digital editions!
In MY HERO ACADEMIA created by Kohei Horikoshi (BARRAGE, also published by VIZ Media), 80% of the population manifests extraordinary superpowers called Quirks at age four, but Izumi is one of the 20% born quirkless and hasn’t got an ounce of power in him.
