After 10 years, Samurai Jack is returning to TV with new episodes. Airing in 2016, Jack is back in an all new season to air on Adult Swim. This makes Samurai Jack the second Cartoon Network original revival, behind The Powerpuff Girls, both of which began airing next year on Cartoon Network:

Adult Swim is excited to announce that JACK IS BACK. Creator and executive producer Genndy Tartakovsky continues the epic story of Samurai Jack with a new season

that will premiere on Adult Swim’s Toonami block in 2016.

The new season is currently in production in Los Angeles at Cartoon Network Studios.
