As previously reported the Jujutsu Kaisen film has been confirmed and will be releasing in Japanese theaters Winter 2021 with a North American release date to follow. The film will be titled Jujutsu Kaisen 0 and will adapt the source material’s prequel story “Cursed Child” making the film canonical. Studio MAPPA will once again animate the film with the cast expected to reprise their roles. More information on the film is expected to be provided during the Anime Japan event later today that will run through the 30th. A teaser trailer for the film can be seen below:
