The long rumored sequel to Swap Force has been announced. During a special event in aimed at the Skylanders franchise that were hosted in London and New York respectively, Activision announced the sequel to it’s previous Skylanders game, “Skylanders: Trap Team” . Confirmed for the title is a new portal and a new pack, which will include the Skylanders Snapshot and Food Fight, as well as two of what have been dubbed “trap weapons”, which gives the Skylanders the ability to trap enemies and force them to fight alongside you. Also confirmed was the return of older Skylanders figures, which would be receiving new powers and upgrades to accommodate the new game. The game is set to release to all major consoles this Fall.
