Who knew the staff of writers working at Ubisoft were so funny? On October 4, 2017, publisher Ubisoft released a compilation video which acted as a series of shorts to promote the upcoming release of Assassin’s Creed: Origins on October 27, 2017, the subject of the shorts were the Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics, however Ubisoft took things into a surprising direction by making the shorts into a comedy bit and they did so flawlessly. From the creation of the pyramids, to the long-believed alien involvement with Egpyt the shorts throw in just about any joke you can imagine for it’s subject matter, and I’d watch this in a heartbeat if it was a spinoff for Netflix or Hulu, check out the trailer below:
