In a rather bit of surprising news Sony Pictures Entertainment and Adult Swim have announced the complete series DVD release for The Boondocks, as well as the complete stand alone DVD release for the currently premiering fourth season. What’s perhaps the most surprising of the announcement (not so much the season 4 DVD), is that the complete series releases simultaneously with the season 4 DVD on June 24, 2014, just shy of two months from season 4 having been premiered. Both DVDs like past seasons will be uncut and uncensored.  Box art for both releases can be seen below, the complete series is currently priced at $89.99 with season 4 priced at $39.99:
