WB Pictures & DC Entertainment continue to add titles to their already large DCEU film slate, recently announcing titles such as a solo Harley Quinn film, a Nightwing film, Gotham City Sirens, and others, WB is reportedly working on a film that will pit the DC Universe’s odd couple Harley Quinn & The Joker against one another in battle. Originally reported by Screen Rant, the film is said to be a spin-off of Suicide Squad, alongside the Harley Quinn & Gotham City Sirens spin-off films and direct sequel, thus turning Suicide Squad into a sub-franchise within the DC Extended Universe. The titular roles are said to be handled once again by Margot Robbie and Jared Leto respectively. Geoff Johns is set to produce the film, no other information has been revealed as of this writing.
