Viz has announced it’s latest acquisitions for 2016:
VIZ Media delighted a packed audience at the company panel this past weekend at New York Comic Con, with the announcement of 7 highly anticipated manga titles coming next year!
- Two fan-favorite and oft-requested sports titles are debuting Summer 2016 – volleyball focused HAIKYU!! and the high-stakes action of KUROKO’S BASKETBALL (in a 2-in-1 edition!)
- Debuting this coming summer is BLACK CLOVER, Weekly Shonen Jump‘s breakaway hit of 2015 and the story of a young boy who wants to become the greatest mage in the kingdom, who has the power of anti-magic with the help of an incredibly rare five-leaf clover grimoire!
- A human is caught in a battle between angels and demons in 7TH GARDEN, coming this Summer in the Shonen Jump Advanced imprint!
- Shojo Beat gets some new titles next summer, with the addition of fantasy adventure YONA OF THE DAWN, and the hot contemporary title EVERYONE’S GETTING MARRIED
- And finally, the manga adaption of the popular Capcom video game, MONSTER HUNTER debuts this coming Spring!
