NIS has dated Touhou Genso Rondo: Bullet Ballet:

We’re happy to announce the shoot ’em up fighter game, Touhou Genso Rondo: Bullet Ballet, will be arriving to North America on September 6th & Europe on September 9th as a physical a digital release for the PlayStation®4. There will also be a retail limited edition, which includes an artbook, OST, art cards and bonus in-game DLC.
