Viz Media has announced World Trigger Volumes 1 & 2 for Fall 2014:

*As announced at Sakura Con this past weekend, VIZ Media will debut the first two volumes of hot sci-fi action manga WORLD TRIGGER this fall! Straight from the pages of the digital WEEKLY SHONEN JUMP, the volumes will launch on October 7th simultaneously in print at favorite retailers, and digitally via the VIZ Manga platform and through the storefronts for the Nook, Kobo, Kindle, Google Play and iBooks!

* Teenage geek Osamu may not be the best of the elite warriors protecting Earth from the invincible Neighbors, but he’ll do whatever it takes to defend it from the monsters pouring through the mysterious inter dimensional portal! Together with his peculiar Neighbor friend Yuma, they’ll use other-dimensional technology to take on the alien invaders!
