Sony’s doing that tease that it oh so loves to do, the UK branch of the Official Playstation Magazine has stated that Sony will be revealing a “series of massive significance” for the Playstation 4 next month. When Sony teases something like this it’s usually pretty damn big, because Sony rarely teases. Rumors have been floating about since November, that a new Crash Bandicoot is in the works, with Sony buying back the long dormant IP from previous owners Activision. Support of these rumors have been slowly coming about, including Activision taking down their branded version of the Crash website, refusing to comment on rather or not they still hold the rights to the IP, and Crash appearing on Sony social media networks and ads. Apparently Crash was supposed to be revealed at VGA, but Sony backed out at the last minute. An image of the page from OPM can be seen below:
