Ray Gigant has been announced for PS Vita:

Today, we are super excited to announce the new PSVita title, RAY GIGANT for the NA and EU markets! This dungeon crawler RPG was released by Bandai Namco Entertainment in Japan, and developed by Experience Inc. We will bring this game digitally (PSN only) to PSVita users this coming Spring.
Ray Gigant introduces heroic characters who share a common goal of saving their world, though they carry different sets of ideals. Ray Gigant will reveal each of their stories through their own arcs which will all seamlessly converge by the end of the game. It will really interesting to see the same world from different views simultaneously!
