Edge of Reality’s popular F2P shooter Loadout is heading to the Playstation 4 sometime this year the developer announced:

After all the blood, sweat & tears we put into making it, you added many, many more buckets of blood on top. Thanks for your sacrifice and making Loadout what it is today!!!

We can now also announce the billions of weapons, fast action & over the top comedic violence that makes Loadout great is heading over into Sony’s backyard! We’ve got great plans for Loadout, and the PlayStation®4 is one of the vital organs we’re shooting for. As an independent developer, we’re absolutely thrilled to be invited into the Free to Play arena by the PlayStation team. We aim to make a big splash when we hit – a big, chunky, saucy splash that you know 9 out of 10 moms prefer!
