NIS America has dated Grand Kingdom for PS4 & Vita:

I know everyone’s been waiting with bated breath for more news on Grand Kingdom and boy do we have some! This awesome Tactical RPG will be hitting shelves in North America on June 21, and Europe on June 17 for the PS4 & Vita!

The game will also be receiving some extra love in the form of a launch edition for PS4 in both North America and Europe, as well as a limited edition for PS4 and Vita at select retailers in North America and Europe.
