Today, Sony and Square Enix revealed more gameplay footage for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth at the State of Play showcase while coming that a playable demo was dropping the same evening. In the new demo, players can play as  Cloud and Sephiroth and explore the “Nibelheim incident.” In addition to the aforementioned, players will be able to experience Junon on February 21, just eight days before the full game’s release. Square has also confirmed that player save data will carry over to the full game from the demo for additional content. The videos can be seen below for the announcement:
