Almost a year ago it had been reported that Bandai was not only going to release a new Dark Souls trilogy collection, but also a remaster of the first game for PC, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Apparently Bandai had at the very least gotten the game to run on the Switch which was good news for Nintendo console owners who never got to experience the difficult title. Rumors once again popped up that Bandai was set to reveal the game at a behind closed doors event not open to the public in November. Now according to ResetEra a new gaming forum made by forum members of Neogaf which had a history of gaming leaks, has posted what appears to be a Japanese ad detailing the release date for Dark Souls remastered at least on PS4:
The listing in question, posted above points to a May 24, 2018 release date, and it has been said that pre-orders for the port begins in March.
