Jeff Jarrett has announced that he will finally be breaking his silence today for the first time since leaving TNA Wrestling. Jarrett noted that he will be making a new video that he will post on Instagram. He might be announcing his rumored wrestling promotion which will be partner with Tobey Keith & his entourage as backers. The promotion is said to be launching in October.
