According to reports that have surfaced Gearbox is set to announce its first next-gen title, and rumors have speculated that the title in question is the next installment into the Borderlands franchise. CEO Randy Pitchford stated that development on whatever the title is is coming along nicely, and an announcement was likely for this year.
