The Bleach franchise has truly returned, in addition to a sequel manga being teased, the spinoff series Burn the Witch, and the animated adaptation of the final arc to the original manga “Thousand Year Blood War”, Bleach fans have a lot of content to gobble up. And Bandai Namco is getting in on the contributions now with the announcement of Bleach: Rebirth of Souls a brand new arena fighter based on the original manga which appears to follow the Soul Society arc up to the Thousand Year Blood War finale. The game is an arena fighter which may disappoint some. Still, it seems to have a solid creative direction for the graphical art and combat which could satisfy those disappointed in “another arena fighter”. Though the full roster hasn’t been confirmed we know that at the very least a handful of characters and story arcs have been revealed through the recent trailers which can be seen below. No release date has been announced, but the initial reveal trailer stated the game would release “soon”. Likely, around the release of the final part of Thousand Year Blood War in October. The game is set to release on PC, Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
