In celebration for the tenth anniversary of acclaimed anime series Gurren Lagann, Aniplex of America will be hosting an anniversary event at Otakon 2017. The event will feature English dub cast members Kyle Hebert, Michelle Ruff, and English ADR Director & script writer Tony Oliver, Aniplex of America has also sent out a fan survey requesting fans to determine which episodes will be screened at the event. Aniplex of America will be releasing a complete series Blu-Ray box set of the anime series which includes all twenty-seven episodes as well as the film “The Lights in the Sky Are Stars” on August 8, 2017.
