In another update on the growing concern over the CM Punk/WWE scare, it would seem that Punk and WWE may indeed be finished with nothing but a wait on confirmation holding back the truth. CM Punk was previously pulled from all WWE events except WrestleMania and the forthcoming Elimination Chamber PPV, this has since changed as Punk has been removed from ALL WWE events moving forward. While it’s still quite (and highly) possible that Punk and WWE can work things out within the next few days or weeks leading up to either of the two PPVs, Punk being 100% done is also quite possible. It would seem that my previously thought theory of Bryan’s treatment from WWE Officials character wise is in fact a legitimate reason, while at the Wizard World event Punk earlier last year, he stated that although he was happy that Dave Bautista was returning to the promotion (and admitted that the two were good friends), he felt that it was Daniel Bryan’s year. During Punk’s major WWE Championship run from 2012-2013 Punk was verbally upset over creative not having him drop the title to Bryan during their series of matches over the strap.
