After the release of the Sony Xperia Z1, rumors soon began that Sony was planning on releasing a follow-up soon afterwards. According to reports this new model be much smaller in comparison to the original Z1, and is apparently set for a Q1 2014 release. The current price has it at 3600 Yuans, which when translated into USD brings the price at $590.82.

Rumored specs include a 4.3 inch HD display, a Snapdragon 800 Processor, an 20.7MP camera, 2GB of ram, 16GB of built in storage, with microSD support of up to 64GB, and a Adreno 330 GPU, which mirrors some of the original Z1’s specs. The phone was accidentally confirmed on the Sony Mobile website earlier this month, before being quickly taken off.
