Supposed leaked specs of the Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone have been making the rounds lately, including it having a higher display resoltion above the S4’s 1080p. Rumors suggest that the S5’s screen will have an 2560 x 1440 display, with the screen size being a probable 5.2′ or 5.3′. The chipset is said to be a 64 bit with the probability of them using Snapdragon being likely.

Ram is said to be 4GB with a 16 megapixel camera. No word on the storage as of this writing, but a metal body has just recently been confirmed for the device. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is rumored for a Q1 2014 release date.
