Samsung has announced it’s next smartphone; the Galaxy Grand 2, below are the specs:

• 1.5GHz quad-core processor
• 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1080p recording capabilities
• 2 megapixel front camera
• Dual-SIM
• 3G, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth v 4 and GPS/GLONASS
• 1.2GB RAM
• 8GB internal storage
• 64GB External Storage using SD Card
• 2,600mAh battery
• Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

The dual-sim function could be a major game change as for example it could allow one user to switch from AT & T one minute and then T-Mobile the next, citing a consumer is willing to pay for two separate bills in order to use the function.  Unfortunately the phone won’t support LTE, which might have a say in sales. No current release date has been announced, nor have any specified carriers.
