Yesterday Kingdom Hearts 3 released a new trailer which has fans buzzing for a number of reasons, but one reason in particular is the fact that Sora’s best friend and fellow keyblade wielder Riku is playable in the game. The trailer shows a player as Riku facing off against a boss for a few seconds. This will make the third entry in which Riku was playable with the first being Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, and the second being Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance in which he co-led alongside Sora. Kingdom Hearts 3 releases on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on January 29, 2019
